SSI Summer Program 2009

Summer Program Dates: June 9 - July 1, 2009*

Times: 8 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. (Lunch will be served)

Location: Lake Highlands Junior High

*Seventh graders who must attend SSI will have their last day
on June 26.

Registration for Junior High and SSI Summer Programs

Monday, June 8 - 10:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Location: Lake Highlands Junior High

Late Registration: Tuesday, June 9 - 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. $25.00 late registration fee will be added to tuition.

Out-of-district students will need their Social Security number and the address and phone number of their home school.

Tuition - NO CHECKS ACCEPTED

In-District Student Out-of-District Student $150 - 1 semester $300 - 2 semesters $250 - 1 semester $500 - 2 semesters

Full tuition must be paid at time of registration. NO PAYMENT PLANS Payments must be made by cash, cashiers check or money order only.

High School Summer Program 2009 (Grades 9-12)

Summer Program Date:

Semester l: June 22 - July 3, 2009
Semester l exam will be held on July 3 with early release at 9:00 a.m.

Semester ll: July 6 - July 17, 2009
Semester ll exam will be on July 17 with early release at 9:00 a.m.

Times: 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Registration for High School Summer Program

June 17 - 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. June 18 - 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Location: Lake Highlands High School

A student's report card should be brought to registration, it will facilitate the enrollment process. Out-of-district students will need their Social Security number and the address and phone number of their home school.

If you register after June 18, there will be a $25.00 late registration fee added to the tuition price.

RISD Course Offerings

Proper course selection is the student’s responsibility. Students are strongly encouraged to consult the RISD Secondary Program of Studies, their school counselor and specified teacher(s) for answers to questions concerning course selection and/or prerequisites as well as RISD graduation requirements. RISD summer program staff will be glad to assist, but can not be responsible for student course selection.
