The Texas Virtual School Network (TxVSN) team is aware of the opportunities for students provided by House Bill 3646.  The TxVSN team is working with the Texas Education Agency to develop a new plan to reflect legislative changes.  Please be aware that the earliest that HB 3646 changes to TEC Chapter 30A can be implemented is September 1, 2009, RISD Virtual online courses will be unavailable until further notice.
